"Fabbrica del Tartufo" is a new gastronomic project, a fusion between a restaurant and a tasting room.

It is located inside the DOS Truffle Specialties Company which boasts high quality standards and great renown.

 

The room has an open-plan kitchen where you can see the Chef while preparing Truffle-based savory dishes.

 

But there is more: you can interact with the Chef and the Staff whom will be glad to answer all your questions and curiosities about the world of Truffle, and give you advices on how to best enhance its flavor.

 

 

The dishes will be chosen seasonally by our Chef depending on the availability of raw materials.
